We send out all orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

For example, if you place an order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday your order will not be dispatched until the next available working day.

Will I have to sign for my order?

No, most orders fit through your letterbox, you can also select a safe place the postie can leave it for you, when you checkout.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

We'll send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

When will my order arrive

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please allow 1-2 days from dispatch for your kit to arrive not including weekends or bank holidays.

My order hasn't arrived!

Royal Mail delivers 98% of it's mail on time. If, for any reason, your order doesn't arrive at the address you specified, we will replace it after 14 working days to allow time for the order to arrive.

If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived, please look for the red delivery attempted card and check if a neighbour has taken it in for you.

Please be careful when adding your delivery address at checkout. This is because our system is automated from ordering right through to the address labelling, which means the address you give us is what is printed on the label. If it turns out the address was entered incorrectly the order might be lost or returned to us marked as undeliverable. If this is the case, orders returned to us can be resent but a delivery charge will be applied. Orders lost due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer won't be refunded. If we mess up at our end we will of course replace all items free of charge and pay for reposting.

OVERVIEW


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase, the invoice number, for example (though we should be able to find you on our system), your name and the email address you used to place the order.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

IMPORTANT: We cannot issue a refund for a return that gets lost or doesn't arrive to us. When you post your items back to us, we recommend sending it signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery, for example, or at least via Royal Mail tracked at the post office so that if it goes missing, you have a tracking number and can retrieve it or claim compensation.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
