All our products have free delivery
All orders, regardless of size are sent out on a 2-3 day delivery, free of charge. If you'd like your order delivered sooner please choose our next day delivery at checkout.
Next day delivery
Next day deliveries are £5. To get your order delivered overnight it must be placed by 1.00pm on a working day.
Orders placed before 1.00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, even if you select next day delivery, will ALWAYS be dispatched the next working day.
For example, order next day delivery on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday and your order will not be dispatched until the next available working day. Please only select this option if you are happy to receive your order under these conditions.
Will I have to sign for my order?
You only need to sign for orders where next day delivery has been selected.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
We'll send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If, for any reason, your order is delayed, we will be in touch with you via the contact details you enter when you register with us. Your order will then travel via the method you selected when you ordered, so please factor in that time.
My order hasn't arrived!
We track the majority of our orders, meaning items rarely get lost. If, for any reason, your order doesn't arrive at the address you specified, we will replace it after 7 days to allow time for the order to arrive.
Please be careful when adding your delivery address at checkout. This is because our system is automated from ordering right through to the address labelling, which means the address you give us is what is printed on the label. If it turns out the address was entered incorrectly the order might be lost or returned to us marked as undeliverable. If this is the case, orders returned to us can be resent but a delivery charge will be applied. Orders lost due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer won't be refunded. If we mess up at our end we will of course replace all items free of charge.
Deliveries can be made to work addresses. If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived, please look for a delivery attempt card.
